TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

CHECK - IN & CHECK - OUT TIME

  • Check - In time will be 10 A.M. and Check - Out time at 8:00 AM.
  • Early Check - In or Late Check - Out are subject to availability.
  • Early Check - In or Late Check - Out will be charged per night's room rate.

CHECK - IN GUIDELINES

Guests are requested to submit copies of the following documents at time of check - In:

  • For resident of Indians:
    Valid individual Photo ID proof: - Passport, Driving License, Voter ID, Aadhar Card or any other Govt.approved ID.
  • For Foreigners and Non Resident Indians (NRI), PIO and OCI card Holders:
    Guests holding passport, PIO card holders are requested to get an RAP (Restricted Area Permit) issued from the Airport on arrival. Copies of the Passport with the Visa or PIO card or OCI card with the RAP have to be submitted at the time of Check - In.


 

PAYMENT

 

Payment can be made by Cash, Credit /Debit Cards, Wallets, UPI, Amazon Pay, Phonepe, Paytm, Google Pay, Mobikwik, Net Banking and Razorpay.


 

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Bookings will be held provisionally up to a pre - specified Cut - off date after which will be released.
  • Bookings are confirmed on 100% payment in advance.
  • Rates are subject to change without prior intimation.
  • Any changes in Govt. Taxes, the same would be charged accordingly over and above the room rates /meals.


 

ROOM OCCUPANCY POLICY

  • Maximum 3 (three) adults in Deluxe A/C Rooms with an extra mattress which is chargeable.


 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 90% refund for cancellation received 30 days or more in advance.10% will be retained as booking charges by hotel.
  • 50% refund for cancellation received 15 days in advance or more.
  • No refund for cancellation received less than 15 days in advance.
  • Any Room booking made above 05 rooms at one given time is non refundable.
  • No refund or cancellation during puja, valentine day, Xmas and New Year.
  • No refunds for unused nights or early Check - Out.
  • The Hotel is not responsible for room cancellation because of the cancellation of flight / ferry.
  • The Hotel is not responsible for cancellation of reservation due to climate changes.
  • In case the guest has an International bank account ane then any bank charges applicable are to be borne by the customer.
  • No refunds for cancellation received on booking from December - January.


 

FOOD & BEVERAGES

  • All main courses will be served at the restaurant.
  • Buffet will be available for minimum (groups) of 20 no's.
  • Room service for Beverages & Snacks are available.


 

CHILD POLICY

  • Infants & children bellow the age of 5 years will be complimentary without extra mattress.
  • Children between age of 5 to 12 years are charged INR 160/- per night per child without extra mattress inclusive of breakfast. If extra mattress is taken then chargeable.
  • Children, age of 12 years & above charged as per extra adult rates INR 600/- per night per child with extra mattress inclusive of breakfast.. 


 

INTERNET AND PARKING

  • Wi-fi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
  • Free Parking is allowed at the Hotel premises on first come first basis. Parking is available on the street outside the premises at the risk and cost of the owner. 


 

PETS

  • The Hotel does not allow any pets within the area
