Port Blair being the entry point to Andaman Islands, the tiny and beautiful Neil Island (currently known as Shaheed Dweep) is situated approximately 36 kms from Port Blair. J. M. Saha Hotels and Resorts Private Limited (JMSHR) is the legal owner of "HOTEL SHREESH" group of hotels located at Port Blair & Neil Island (Shaheed Dweep), Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Kolkata. JMSHR ventured into the hospitality business after setting up its first hotel, Hotel Shreesh at Port Blair. Other hotels and homestays at different places were set up subsequently to build a network in Kolkata and Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

MS Homestay is another project set up by JMSHR group after its successful operation of hotels at Andamans and Kolkata .
The Homestay is located at Port Blair city within one km. from the airport and two kms. from the Hadoo Jetty. The Homestay is set up in a three- storied exclusive building having 5 deluxe rooms with modern amenities. All the five rooms are AC deluxe rooms consisting of one double bed and one single bed in each room.
